- Location: We bring our entertainment and events directly to you. We can set up anywhere you'd like whether it be
your home, a banquet hall, church, park, restaurant, hotel, etc
- What Ages Are Appropriate For These Parties? Our party activities are designed to accommodate the age of
the guest of honor. Princess Par’Tea is design for guest ages 4 and up
- What Should The Guest Wear To The Party? Our costumes are designed to fit over the guest’s clothing.
There will be no need for guests to undress.
- What Do I Need To Do To Prepare For The Party? Designate a safe and clean area for guest to dress
up, work on crafts, and enjoy birthday treats, allowing adequate room for hostess to set up the tables and chairs.
Provide electrical outlets for music equipment in the party room.
- When Do You Need The Final RSVP Count? A final head count and attending guest list is required 3 days prior
to the party date. - Will There Be Make-Up? Light make-up may be applied for girls and boys will be treated to mustaches or tattoos, depending on the party package.
- What About Boys? We provide dress up and activities for boys with all the themes. Please let us know how many
boys will be expected with your final head count.
- Do You Have A Minimum/Maximum Attendance Requirement? Each party is priced to accommodate the
activities and food for the number of guest in package chosen including the guest of honor. Additional guests may be added to a party package
for a fee of $19.00 per child.
- Do You Provide Cake or Food? We provide food listed in package price. We can add
a beautiful white cake topped with a tiara and surrounded with a pretty pink ribbon, Additional charges will apply.
- Are These The Only Themes That You Will Do? Absolutely not. Princess Par’Tea can personally create a party based on your child’s birthday dream.
- How Do I Reserve A Party Date? Parties are booked on a first come first serve basis. Please call Princess Par’Tea
to reserve your date. A non-refundable deposit of $75.00 will be required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due the day of the party.
- Arriving & Departure Times: We suggest that the guests arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to the party start time.
- Gratuity & Tipping: A gratuity is not included, but appreciated by your Event Hostess.
